I'm back and Happy Easter (late)!!!!

So it's been a while since my last post and I'm sorry to those who visit frequently.

HAPPY EASTER!! Here are some pictures from our Easter.

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Bates for the cute little slippers. Ayva loves her Dora slippers, she wears them during the day and she sleeps in them as well. Thank you!

Cheyenne is standing by herself but supported by the couch. She lasted for a split second and I caught it, I was so excited.

Ayva was watching me color eggs on Saturday night. She had fun sitting on the counter and playing with everything.

Here she is coloring the eggs. I was trying to help her but she was insistent that she do it herself.

She's a persistent little thing.

These are their baskets. Nothing too exciting. When Ayva woke up and came out of her room she saw the baskets she didn't quite know what to do.

Then it kicked in and she went right over to them, picked them up and brought them into the living room and found the chocolate. Here's Ayva coming out of her room ready to find some eggs.

Ayva found an egg under Cheyenne's arm.

And she found another behind the computer desk.
And two others in the walker.
And here she is putting all the eggs in her basket.

And yet another egg she found.
Well she finally found all the eggs and wanted to find some more. So she was playing with the eggs and she had one in her hand and tossed it up and on it's way down it hit her in the head. She was a little startled but it was so funny, Josh and I were cracking up.

Here are the two in a picture that they didn't particularly like to do.

Cheyenne is so big already! Oh, this baby is going to grow fast too, huh? I'm glad you had a fun Easter. Is Cheyenne's hair red? Or brown?

I believe it's a light brown.

I was wondering how Cheyenne was standing up! It takes a talented photographer to catch that one! It looks they had a fun Easter. I'n glad they like the slippers.

How fun! Did you make it through coloring the eggs without any spills?

We did actually. No spills at all. Course Ayva's attention wasn't on it for very long.
