Saw Wee (Sorry)

Some people seem to think that I say sorry too much and Josh seems to think that it's rubbed off onto Ayva. Last night we went for an outing and Josh took Ayva and Cheyenne out to the car, well on the way out Ayva accidentally stepped on Josh's foot. She looked up at him and said, "Saw Wee." It amazes me how well and fast these little ones pick up on things.

AHH!!! Apartment life!

As you all know now, we moved to Denver. Well in Kansas City we had purchased a house a few months after we married and now we are back in an apartment. Now there are some benefits, like not having a yard to take care of and having a dumpster to throw away all the trash we want (in Kansas City there is a limit of two trash bags per household on trash day and if you have more bags you have to buy $1 tags for extra trash), etc. Now there are some downfalls and my number 1 is....NEIGHBORS!!! Especially if the apartment complex allows pets. Our neighbor above us was very quiet for the first week we were here and I thanked my lucky stars because neighbors above seem to be the worst. So after the first week I started hearing more noise from the guy and just this last weekend it seems that he bought a new little dog. Don't get me wrong I LOVE dogs but in this situation it just drives me nuts. It's a little yapper and the guy is gone all day so the dog goes crazy all day long with it's yapping and I just don't know how long I can take it.

Anyways, I just felt like venting about this. Sorry you had to read it!

New pictures!!

So I've been told that I need to update this because it's been a while. So get ready it's going to be a long one.

So I'll start with Josh's new job. He was offered a job with General Electric in Denver about Octoberish. It was a great opportunity for him and we've been wanting to move to the west, so we are on our way.

Then, of course, we had Cheyenne on November 5th and there is an entry for that. Here are some pictures of Cheyenne and Ayva that I never got around to posting.

Christmas came and so did some snow! Ayva and Cheyenne's cousin Brampton came for Christmas and they had a blast.

Ayva and Brampton loved running around in grandpa and grandma's basement so grandpa set up a tent for

them and chairs for the rest of us to play games.

Ayva loves to color so grandpa gave her a pad of paper and a pen. She would draw all over the paper. She

would even get into the corners.

Now it was off to grandma and grandpa's house for Christmas!!!

They loved the rides.

They even won some tickets.

They had a little studio for kids to be filmed.

Ayva loves dancing and had a great time in front of the camera.

The simple things that make us happy!

For those of you that don't know this about me, I love ice in my drinks. Water, orange juice, apple juice, pretty much any juices and of course soda. In all the places I've lived in there's never been an automatic ice maker. Crazy huh! I've had to do it myself. You know, put water in the ice trays and then put it in the freezer, poor me! Well I'm so excited to tell you all that the refrigerator in our apartment has an AUTOMATIC ICE MAKER! I love it, it makes me happy when I go to get a drink.

We made it to Denver!!!

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you all know that we made it. We arrived Saturday afternoon and received our stuff from the moving company today and we have had the pleasure of unpacking all day. I apologize that I haven't posted anything recently but things have been a little crazy. I have pictures and I'll post some later.
