Getting ready for Grandpa's big race...

Now that we made it back home and we're back to our routine, I have a few posts for you.
Here's the last part of our trip to Kansas, some random pictures and helping grandpa get ready for the big race. We had a blast in Kansas, thank you Aunt Brittany for putting up with us and thank you grandma and grandpa for letting us impose on you while getting ready for your race.
We love you and miss you!!!
Cheyenne was hanging all over her Aunt Brittany, hence the reason Brittany got sick.
Ayva loved cuddling with that red blanket, you could always find her with it.
Here are the girls helping grandpa clean out his boat.
Ok, so they weren't really helping, just playing.
Inbetween cleaning and playing Cheyenne did help grandpa pack up his boat.
Then she decided to take a break and relax from all the work.
And more playing.
I guess Cheyenne did help clean, here she is wiping down the boat with grandma.
Their favorite thing to do.
And we're ready for church.

Stay tuned for the next post. For those of you who don't know this, my dad co-founded the Missouri River 340 Race (If you want to learn about it, go to the website and click on the tabs and you'll learn all about the guys, the rivers and the trips) about 4 years ago. I'll tell you all about it, it's pretty cool. It's the world's longest non-stop river race.

Cheyenne looks like Janelle. The girls are so adorable. What a neat thing your dad founded. I would enjoy hearing much more about the river race. Did you and Josh go on the race or just help your dad get ready? Sounds like so much fun.
